((This is taking place at a club. Yeah, I know there's a bar...and a strip club, but the post needed a normal club. So, yeah, and This post's reserved for Cea. So no touchy *guardxs with a spork*))
It was boring here so far, to say the least. He hadn't met anybody, though that was understandable. Yeah, he had barely even been out of his apartment in the week he had lived here. He figured it wouldn't hurt to come out of his house, and what better place to go than a club? I mean you get to drink and watch chicks dance, and occasionally converse with one. What better way to spend your time? Well, he could think of a few other ways, but for the sake of the readers, I'll keep from saying what they are.
A club: they were always fun, but especially the ones that served some sort of alcohol. He was guessing this place did, well, hoping. That wouldn't be any fun if there was nothing but soft drinks and water to drink. But it was a club, and not an underage club. So there had to be drinks. Slight concern annihilated as the male approached the bar counter, sliding into one of the stools. Hand was placed upon the cool surface, eyes looking towards the bar tender. He gave a light smirk towards the female, who shook her head at his look. She was obviously the kind of person who took her job seriously; she immediatly asked what he wanted.
"Tequila shot."
His drink arrived shortly, yet he didn't sip it: you don't sip a shot. Instead, he tilted his head back, draining the small glass with only one drink. He held himself back from tapping the top of it with his finger, a sign for the bar tender to refill it. Face was emotionless, blue eyes watching those who were dancing as the male turned himself around to face everyone, propping his elbows against the bar's counter. Yes, the club life was so much fun. ((Occ;; -whipes sweat off forhead, I'm sure glad I'm ceana, I mean, that spork looks oober scary! -trembles and guards herself with pointy stick incase of a misunderstanding-))
Golden brown legs were exposed from the mid thigh down, baby blue miniskirt wrapping nicely around her waist. Torso was covered with a white tank top, chocolate locks laying straight. Steps were elegant yet seductice, strides revealing part of her current personality as the multicolored lights reflected through the shaded doors. Nails were free of polish as her fingertips curled around the handle to the club, the intensity of the neon colors growing sharply and their rotation around the room could now be noticed. The density of the people scattered about the room was average, the night not as popular among the guests as she had hoped, the music holding a steady pulse for the dancers.
A mild form of beauty radiated from the way she carried herself, one foot placed gracefully before the other with each step, adopting the form models used when strolling town the runway. Amount of make-up that coated her facial features was little, just the basics such as mascara and eyeliner. She had never been a great fan of the stuff but she enjoyed the way it drew attention to her luring pools of henna. Slender frame slid onto one of the vacant suivel chairs before the bar, fingernails tapping the marble surface subconsciously. Oculars scanned the various crowds, srugging off the egotistical males who approached her with much overconfidence. The female bartender made in her general direction, pausing before other customers before tending to her, voice gruff and almost slightly annoyed.
"What'll it be?"
"Um... can I get a strawberry Daquari?"
Her voice was suclent and sweet, rolling tenderly off her tongue, the bartender replying with a swift nod.

((heh, the spork has to look oober scary. *puts spork in pocket* yes, yes, 'tis all good now.))
Dean turned set his gaze on a female who took a seat on his right, a slight smirk landing on his face. "Hey there," he said, words spoken loud enough to be heard over the music. He watched as the female turned to face him, her blond hair being tossed over her shoulder as she did so. Dean noticed a frown settle on her lips as she looked him over, the smirk dropping from his kissers. 'Before you even attempt to hit on me, I'm just gonna say I have a boyfriend.' Dean nodded slowly, as if what she had said was hard to soak in. "Ok, whatever. It's not like I was planning on hitting on you. You know, I'm not into blonds." He chuckled lightly to himself, obviously amused at the female's annoyance in his words. She got up, moving a few stools away from him. Dean shook his head lightly, ordering a Corona from the bar tender. He had obviously changed his mind about getting drunk fast, no, where would the fun be in that? There wouldn't really be any. Biting his lip lightly, Dean turned his attention to the newest female that had taken a seat nearby. He decided to take a new approach towards flirting, ok, more like hitting on a girl, choosing to say something random instead of a greeting. Who knows, maybe that'd work better tonight.
"Strawberry Daquari...are those any good?"
Ok, he could've done better, but it was the first thing that came to his mind. Hand was brought up to his face, subconsciously running a finger over the top of his hat. So what if it wasn't bright out anymore, the sun wasn't even out anymore. But that didn't matter: he still wore his hat. That was a nessesity in his apparell; he rarely went without it. Today's hat was a black one with Famous Stars And Straps logo on the front of it. A pair of navy jeans were worn, along with an Emerica tee. Not really anything special, he saw no point in dressing up for a club. No, he just wore his normal clothes. Nothing special about them. No, nothing at all.

Ivory flip flops brushed against she footstool, toe curling to refrain from having it slide from her foot. Eyes flickered with cruel amusement as a male was rejected a few seats down, reminding herself not to snort quietly as she fought a laugh. A slender glass glided across the top of the bar, released from the bartender's hands. Cherry liquid filled the glass to the rim, a slice of pinapple resting on the edge, for both decoration and flavoring. Carefully arched brow rose intently, auditives snagging his next set of vocals, the words thought to be towards her as she turned in his general direction. Charcoal hat covered his head, chocolate hues glazing over slightly as the skim across his brawny figure. The base of the glass was removed from the countertop, lips sipping quietly as the drink's contents her throat tense with a harsh remark but it relaxed as it soaked in the intoxication.
"You know, I'd kiss you so you taste it, but I hardly know you."
Words were released after little thought, tone honey coated as it was before, moist tongue running across her lips as it she were teasing him. Hand returned the glass to the bar surface, palm returning to her lap afterwards. Adopted smirk was visible upon her full lips, slim figure sliding from the seat with ease. Left thumb hooked in the pocked of her miniskirt, right hand dangling loosly by her side, she knew not to leave her drink unattended in such a place, ordering herself to purchase another once she returned. Free hand was snagged by a lanky male who decided to pass her, slipping away only seconds after. She was headed towards the dance floor, if the male who had attempted to start a conversation with her in the beginning approached, her mind had yet to decide on whether or not to reject him.

He shook his head slowly as the female held back a laugh, no, it wasn't funny. Rejection isn't funny, well, unless it's you that rejects someone. Then it's hilarious. But now? No, that wasn't funny. Fine, go ahead and laugh. Hahahaha, yes, it's so funny, isn't it. Thoughts were sarcastic, the lifted the glass to his lips. Words he had thought repeated in his mind, the 'hahaha' being repeated over and over again. Lowering the glass, he turned his attention back on the female. Smirk widened lightly at her words, his hopes rising before she finished speaking. A shrug was given as her words were given thought, the male preparing his own, little remark. He figured it'd probably be best to hold the sarcasm, that didn't always work good witht he girls. But that didn't mean he couldn't make a joke, no, he'd have to.
"Well, we could always change that."
He said, watching as she rose from her seat. Azul eyes watched as she moved towards the dance floor, he rose from his seat within a moment. The male strode in her direction, abandoning his drink on the bar counter. He could always order another one, figuring he guessed the bartender would remove the drink due to his departure. Eyes looked over the male she chose to dance with, his head shook lightly. He approached, giving the other guy a light push. Dean took the guy's place dancing with the female, lips parting to release words.
"I don't think I caught your name." [/sup]

Figure moved somewhat fluently with the beat, grazing against the male occasionally. Hands gripped his loosly, yanked foreward slightly as the first male pushed her dance partner. Eyebrow raised once again, brain accumilating what had just occured. Soles of her shoes rested quietly against the slick tiles of the dance floor, palms planted firmly upon her hips. Butterscotch orbs rotated in their sockets, lips parting in a teasing smirk.
"Oh a little pushy are we? Must you know my name to earn my kiss?"
She dangled the idea before him, words planned moments before but her tone dripped with warm sugar, enjoying in her seductive personality.
"But I do believe I should know your name, that is unless... you think I don't deserve knowing it."
((OMG this really sucked but I have to go soon I was hoping to maybe get one more post.))

A little pushy? Hah, was that supposed to be a pun? Would that even be a pun? Dean thought it over quickly in his mind, though abandoned the thought. Instead, he shrugged, speaking again.
"I don't have to, but it might help."
The smirk remained on his face, ignorin the fact he probably came on strong when pushing her dancing partner away. Ahh, screw that; that other dude didn't deserve to dance with her. He muffled a chuckle by biting his lip, the thought of how pissed he'd be if some dude just pushed him away from a hot chick. Now, that wouldn't be good, would it? No, Dean was the kind of guy who would've started a fight over that. Even when sober he would've. And, mind you, he was generally sober at the moment. Head shook at her words, he gave his own momentarily after she spoke.
"I think you deserve more than my name. But, anyways, it's Dean."

"You may think I deserve more, but do you think I want any more babe?"
She chuckled slightly, she didn't know exactally what she wanted at the moment but toying with this guys mind seemed entertaining enough at the moment. Her crania tilted slightly, tanned hand extended so he could grab it if he desired but it was only slightly noticeable. Actions were swift until his dubbing echoed throughout her auditives, she recognised it from somewhere didn't she? She probably did but who knows, she knew so may people by now because of the constant foster home transfers when she was a child. Smirk faded to a soft smile after a moments thought, white sandal scuffing the floor as she eased only the tinyest bit closer to him. Her name would be revealed later on if she thought he deserved to know it, her familiarity to him hopefully recognised at the night's end.

"I can't tell right now, but I'm gonna guess you do."
He said, a light chuckle being released with his words. Eyes were kept on her, for the most part, though his gaze did occasionally turn to the others on the dance floor. Dean didn't dance; him dancing was pathetic. He also hated it, though he had done it before. He remembered a dance at boarding school...though did he even dance there? It wouldn't surprise him if he was off getting drunk in his room instead of at the dance. But that was years before, what, four or five? Either way, it had slipped from his mind. He didn't really care about those memories, though. Well, some of them he did, but not the dance. He could really care less about the dance.
Dean, being the blind, little shit he is, didn't notice her hand extending, a point that was prooven by his lack of taking it. Instead, he focused on any words that could get her to spill her name to him.
"So,you have any plans of telling me your name?"

((Haha yeah that was when he got drunk and like killed Kea's heart huh. that was classic!! We're so mean to our characters.))
Eyes rolled once more with a smirk of satisfaction sugar coating her lips because he had not noticed her minor gesture. Instead he remained determined to acquire her name, his chances or recieving it decreasing slowly as he continued to unimpress her. Maybe if she revealed it to him then maybe he would realise where she knew his name from, but was she ready to take that step? Thoughts left tracks on her mind, interrogating each one to discover the pros and cons, silence filling the air between them for a moment or two. What the hell, why not tell him your name? Theres nothing he can really do with it. Well he could become a stalker, but he doesn't seem that type. She mentally shrugged, lips forming a brilliant smile before they were parted so her crystalline vocals could be released.
"Well I didn't have any plans for telling you my name but you put is in such a desperate form, I guess I'lkl tell you..."
She paused to add maybe a little suspense, or worry to his emotions, hoping his facial expression would hold some reaction afterwards.
"I'm Keaira, call me Kea is you wish hun."
Palms were placed firmly upon her hips again, his intentions obviously not including dancing this evening. Figure suiveled slowly around to face the bar once more, usually most males would draw her in closer but he seemed to be more hooked on knowning her name. The confusion of the situation not all bad, somewhat glad he had not taken action like every other average male in the place. She took a liking to this Dean, why? She did not know, for he had yet to do something that impressed her.

((hah, yeah, and that's when I first made Kitty and Kea caught him with her, and all that fun stuff. lol, that was fun to rp. Being mean to our charry's fun, though.))
He gave a light frown as she gave her name. It was familiar, wasn't it? He had heard it before, that was definate, though he couldn't guess where. But he knew for a fact he had heard the name before. Maybe he had just heard the name on a television show, or something like that, but he had heard it before. The female, Kea, didn't seem very familair, but what did he know? Maybe they were old friends, or some shit like that. Truly, he didn't remember, nor did he really plan on pursuing the familiarity. Instead he'd just make a comment on it and leave it at that.
"I swear I've heard your name before."
He shook his head lightly, pushing the fact her name was slightly familiar out of his mind. Instead, he watched her turn. His body rotated to face the bar as she had done, biting his lip lightly Say something, you dipshit. Dean drew in a short breath through his nose, releasing it as he spoke.
"Can I buy you a drink?"
Yes, yes, you get a girl a drink, then you get them another one, and then they're drunk, well, slightly drunk. But, of course, you could keep getting them drinks. Yes, the typical male's plan. Something told him not to even bother trying to pursue it, though he pushed that away, choosing to act as though he was just being polite. Helps your conscience, doesn't it? Yes, better to be polite than seduce a girl with alcohol. Yes, that's a lot better for your cinscience.

So he did recognise the name but yet, he didn't seem to care much. He seemed to be ignorant of the fact that there are almost little to no people named Keaira, his name was fairly popular. She merely shrugged and decided to end the conversation about how they may know each other, she knew his intentions and she had already vowed not to let the situation reach that far tonight. Her decisions are slightly unsafe when under the infulence of alcohol, pondering on the idea on whether of not to let the liqour get a hold on her. She was never a big fan of the stuff but her ways were more leinient as she grew older. Sole of her flip flop halted slightly, pausing her strides as he offered to but her next round, ivories indenting her lower lip before she continued, the fault in her step only a second or two.
"Umm... What would you recommend?"
She discarded the thought that her vulnerability was increasing with each moment more she spent with this man, pauses in his statements indicating that he was thinking before he spoke, the effects of his drinks before she arrived obviously not arroused yet. He seemed to be holding back another side to his personality but she rarely noticed it, small things noticed by this female because she had to read an oncomming male when he approached swiftly, judging on whether he decided to replay the scenes that occured at the orphanage.
((Icky...))

He smirked lightly as she responded, mind thinking over her words. What did he recommed? If you wanted the truth, he would've said either a vodka or tequila shot. Those seemed to qork quickly. But he held himself back, figuring it'd only hurt matters. He didn't seem to be on the best terms with her, well, it didn't seem that bad, but, well, he didn't know. Maybe she didn't mind him at all. Well, even if she did dislike, he wasn't about to give in. No, that wasn't like Dean. At least not anymore.
"Depends on what you're in the mood for."
Dean rubbed the back of his neck, placing his other hand on the bar counter. He slid into one of the bar stools, watching expectantly for her to do the same. He didn't order his one drink, he figured it'd be best to wait 'til she said what she wanted.
((meh, that sucked. excuse the suckyness xP))

Lips shifted into a crooked smirk, not exactly the answer she was searching for. Was he playing it safe? Or was this really how he acted naturally, which she highly doubted. Slender firgue leaned on the side of the bar, delaying the action of sitting next to him. She didn't know if it was pure untrust or if she feared something, the familiarity to him was not nessicerily a great feeling, recieving random thoughts on how she may know him. A moment or two passed by before she finally gave in, palms supporting her weight as she slid onto the cusioned seat. Fingers interlatched on her lap, resting silently as her ankles twisted around each other. The female bartender's post was taken over by a studly young man, his age rising around her own, his face warm each time his vision wandered in her direction. Voice was audible to the two, open to all reccomendations.
"Something strong but sweet."
Glossy fingernails tapped the marble bar surface, the bartender preparing orders occasionally but when there was a break or pause in his work he could be caught either looking or walking in her direction. Crania shook lightly as he listened to her request, silence escaping between his lips as he racked up the possible answers or reccomendations to Kea.
((Occ;; you can play the bartenders actions as well, I don't mind xD omg this post sucked.))
