"Character Of The Month" is similar to "Member of the Month", but there are different qualifications:

+ Character is believable, nut unrealistic in any way.
+ Character has followed all laws.
+ Character is original, different, or just stands out from the others.

Choosing and voting goes the same as MOTM: Staffers pick five characters, put them in a poll, and let members vote.
